What you should know
How much does a bespoke design cost?

Pricing depends on material, complexity, and the presence of rare gemstones. The consultation is free, and afterward you receive a detailed estimate with no obligation. Most bespoke commissions start around 800 EUR.
How long does the full process take?

Most projects take 6-10 weeks from the first consultation to final delivery. For urgent timelines, we can often accelerate the process to about 4 weeks with an additional fee.
Can I change something after approving the 3D model?

Before production begins, yes — revisions are welcome. Once the piece enters production, changes become difficult and may require restarting the process.
Do you guarantee material authenticity?

Absolutely. Every piece comes with an atelier-issued certificate of authenticity. Diamonds can include GIA, IGI, or HRD certification, and gold is tested and stamped to European standards.
Do you offer maintenance after delivery?

Yes. Every piece includes extended care and complimentary lifetime cleaning. Minor repairs are covered, while major modifications are offered at preferred client pricing.
